live from fox studios, fox1. you decide. 2016, presidential candidates hillary clinton and donald trump are in the final stretch of their bids for the white house. fox news correspondent mike emmanuel has the latest. >> reporter: donald trump is pressing claims that the presidential election is rigged agns the republican presidential candidate tweeting "the election is absolutely being rigged by the dishonest and distorted media, pushing crooked hillary, but also at many polling places, sad." he says women accusing him of sexual assault are part of a conspiracy of the clinton campaign and media outlets. his running mate mike pence is also accusing the media of having an obvious bias. >> here we are in an election of

of this nation and once again the media is piling on with unsubstantiated claims as the headlines while they ignore an avalanche of hard evidence about corruption, pay to play, political favoritism emanating out of hillary clinton's years as secretary of state. >> reporter: the clinton campaign is doing some damage control after wikileaks on saturday appeared what appear to be transcripts from her once private wall street speeches. he have to just state very plainly. not only are these e-mails an effort by wikileaks and russia to try to destabilize our election. second, you can't assume they're all accurate. >> reporter: while donald trump spent the weekend campaigning, hillary clinton has focused on debate prep for the final presidential debate. mike emmanuel, fox news.

several states including here in arizona. early voting is allowed in 36 states as well as in washington, d.c. more than 750,000 ballots have been cast already around this country. early voting is expected to account for about 40% of the votes cast. so far there have been positive signs for the clinton campaign with more democratic early voting ballots in key battleground states. candidate tim kaine says it's a sign that the clinton campaign's ground game is working. >> i've been saying from the beginning that i thought this would be a close election. so it doesn't particularly surprise me. we are seeing some data about voting, whether it's registrations, early voting and requests for absentee ballots in key battleground states that we like. >> the majority of states begin in person early voting after

meanwhile, several local lawmakers turned out to support planned parenthood as they celebrated their 100th anniversary this weekend. this rally was held for members of their act strong group. the health centers have been a hot bed of cobversey in recent years, but they say they want to get people the care t live strong healthy lives. deputies investigating a double murder in tucson and looking for the man they believe is responsible. witnesses told investigators man behind the attack was this man. 49-year-old raymond manning valencia. late last night deputies responded to a home for reports of an unknown problem. when they got there, they found two bodies inside that home. the victims have been identified

18-year-old jacqueline pedia. detectives say valencia is armed and dangerous. 17-year-old boy from cottonwood was arrested in a deadly shooting. deputies say the teen shot and killed a 25-year-old man last night according to investigators, the victim seems to have been targeted and his wife was there at the time of the shooting, but she wasn't seriously hurt. the teenager is facing charges of murder, armed robbery, burglary, aggravated assault as well as kidnapping. these are certainly the pictures of the day. i had to tweet those out. incredible. tucson firefighters save this man. he was stuck in a chimney of his home for four hours this morning. fire officials say the 26-year-old man locked himself out of his house accidentally. hey, i've done it. and it's never occurred to me, i think i'll climb through the chimney to get my keys.

firefighters say he was far enough down that his feet were touching the floor, but he was just too wedged in. fortunately the man did not suffer any injuries. he was being evaluated by paramedics at the scene. i'd say he's probably home in his tucson home tonight feeling pretty embarrassed. >> reporter: gas prices remain above well $2 across the nation. according to gasbuddy.com, the average price r a gallon today. in arizona we're paying less with an average of $2.14 a gallon. hawaii has the highest prices with an average of $2.88. oklahoma has the lowest in the country, ringing in at $2.01 a gallon. it may not be taco tuesday after all, it is sunday. but i think any day of the week,

salt river fields definitely the place to be this weekend. as they held their annual taco festival out there in scottsda scottsdale. this weekend marked the seventh annual taco festival. this isn't how people normally eat interes there. i suspect this is some sort of contest. i hope it is. more than 50 teams competed to be the grand champion in this taco eating contest. i'm thinking that's the winner right there. the national taco association was there to decide who will be crowned as grand champion. we spoke with the winner of the competition about his winning strategy. >> i took two tacos at a time. had a lot of crumbs left. i stuffed them in my last taco. of course i had the open water. drink it down. >> it's a winning strategy. looks good.

started the hand challenge initiative in arizona this past summer. his goal, to create, build and assemble 30 prosthetic 3-d hands to be donated to the hand challenge, an organization that helps children in need. >> i thought that would be a good amount where i could make a difference but it doesn't require too much am mun -- money and it's money i can fundrase. it comes from an online community called the hand sizing that you'd like. >> our companies help people who make physical products. either make those product or we sell them the tools they need to make those products. >> reporter: he teamed up with phoenix analysis and design technologies. the company is printing the unassembled prosthetic hands over the next few weeks so his classmates can help assemble them. >> it's a win-win, because it's
