for using public money to promote himself. o'halleran: i'm tom o'halleran, and i approve this message, because you deserve leaders you can trust. your exclusive accuweather forecast with cory mccloskey on fox 10 news. and good evening, everybody. it's going to be a great night, if you haven't had that walk yet, nice night for temperatures are just about perfect out there. beautiful shot of the city tonight from the top of south mountain and the tower cam, 79 down at sky harbor, and not much of a breeze out there either. so as we take a look at the west, this is our story. it's been our story most of the week. this big area of high pressure really locked in over us, and it's nice to see all of that sunshine, but it would have been great if some of this weather across washington, oregon, and
10:17 pm
arizona. but that will not be the case, because this high is pretty powerful, and it's really going to be locked in place for the foreseeable future, so all of that weather to the west and north of us is going to be kind of bumped up in that direction. so we'll just have to enjoy the clear skies, because we have got lots more of them in store, 82 in bullhead city, 54 in sedona, 70s all over the place. 70 degrees up at really great night there. it's 69 in florence. so here's a look at your almanac, the usual high today about 89. we are struggling to get down to those numbers. we have been settled into the low 90s for a good while now. all time low, 40 degrees, that coming in 1899. so across the rest of the country, we have got some showers here in new england and stretching all the way down into pennsylvania and north jersey and also kind of an unsettled evening for the northern plains,
10:18 pm
pacific northwest continues to work its way inland. you can see the showers moving on into nevada and southern parts of idaho, almost all of the coastal action is going to be a thing of the past pretty soon. but here's the core of that storm, still just off the alaskan coast. that will eventually move inland and really stay to the north of us. it would be very nice to get some of it moving in our direction, but i'm afraid that won't be the case. here's the way your night shapes up, 50 about 45 in flagstaff, and the same over at st. john's and window rock, and as we roll into your monday, it's going to be another warm one. upper 80s to the low 90s for the desert parts of the state, and we'll call it 78 tomorrow in sedona and the mid-60s in flagstaff. so on we go, then, into that ten-day stretch. you know, a lot of your lesser stations, linda, will give you maybe five days or perhaps a seven-day outlook. we go all

vrba fox 10 sports night is back. big monday night football, jets come to town. who better to talk about the dramatic changes coming to the offensive line than the offensive lineman himself, max starks, watford, right guard, the number of issues that go with inexperience. let's start from that point. >> it starts when normally you have a guy who misses time, it's usually one position, so one guy moves up. you know, when you shuffle the cards, but having two guys in
10:30 pm
line is a very tough prospect, especially when you think of what mike iupati brought to the game and his ability in the run game as a dynamic pull, you're now putting an offensive tackle in a position where that left guard is paramount in countering the run game. i think he will thrive in mor pushing the line of scrimmage back, but when it comes to the count game that the cards really enjoy doing, some of the misdirection, weak side, that's where it's going to be an issue. when you have the jets front seven, it's going to be very tough, yeah, because wilkerson, williams, and mcclendon, and then off and on because of the new position sheldon richardson, so you have four quality guys who can rush the passer.
