new details on a phoenix new details on a phoenix man accused of robbing an historic saloon in crowns king, arizona. he is facing charges that include trespassing and criminal damage. yesterday morning, he broke into the crown king saloon and stole cash and the d.v.r. for the camera system. they found stolen clothing and cigars in his take a look at the surveillance video. it shows him kicking in a door at the saloon. multiple rooms were damaged and an employee at the saloon told deputies sparling had been stalking a bartender for the last couple of weeks. he went into two cabins and threatened to kill two people and took their phones. he was also charged with driving a backhoe on someone else's

court records show their father had a history of domestic violence. nicole garcia joins us live with the details. >> reporter: kari, we may never know why the 36year-old murdered his own daughters and took his own life but court records reveal a violent breakup. he threatened his ex-wife trying to stop him from taking the girls and leaving him. the girls scheduled time when the accident happened. >> reporter: audrey just started kindergarten and her sister was excited to go to school one day, too. instead of planning their future, their mother is preparing their funerals. the girls were shot and killed by their father who turned the gun on himself. the parents recently divorced and just four months ago, the girls' mom was granted an order of protection.
