a woman called 911 when her brother showed up at her house. he was bleeding from a gunshot wound to the stomach. listen to the call she made. >> 911, what is your emergency? >> he is shot on the floor. it's my brother. they shot him. >> did it happen in front of the house? >> right in front of my house. can you hurry, please? >> did you see the person who shot >> no, he just drove up to our house and he shot in the driveway. >> reporter: this is a 21-year-old victim who just pulled up in front of his sister's house and gotten out out his vehicle when someone opened fire from a passing car. this guy, one of the lucky ones, he survived the gunshot to the stomach. police go over hundreds of tips

there is a $75,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest. if you have any information, call silent witness at 480-witness. we'll have more for you tonight at 5:00. >> thank you for that report. new at noon out of scottsdale, a man wearing a halloween mask robs a convenient store and now police need your help to find him. he robbed robbed the super pumpr convenience store early thursday morning at 3:30 wearing a rubber halloween zombie mask with gray hair and yellow teeth. if you know anyone who owns the mask like this and may have been near the super pumper, you're asked to call scottsdale police. a family in glendale has a lot of cleaning up after a car crashes into their home. liz kotalik has the story this noon.

all started in the alley right across the street from the family's home. you can see here crews still on scene trying to restore power to those who hroeuft and -- lost it and clean up after the driver hit the home, knocking out power to 120 homes then slamming into the home across the street. the mustang he was driving slam into the impact forcing the toilet into the shower. all of this happening when most of the family was asleep. the father in bed feet away from where the car hit. the mother was up with one of her daughters grading papers when she heard the impact. >> we called 911, came out and saw that the vehicle started to catch on fire, the engine.

people i talked to earlier are not undecided. most people here really support hillary. they are excited to hear chelsea speak. several of them tried to hear hillary when she was here in march but they didn't make it inside or didn't have a chance. they are excited to hear chelsea talk about a couple of things. we're told by the campaign that the focus of her speech will be is her plans to reduce debt, provide free education for community college and making it more affordable for those who choose to attend for four years. chelsea said it is going to be "az-mazing day."

prescribed burn cause a deadly crash this morning on i-40 about 35 miles west of flagstaff. you can see it here. here is flagstaff right here. this is where it happened. the burn not too far away from the highway. when i saw this video, i thought is there fog up there? >> initially, that is what you think. >> at least one person was killed in the crash. there were several crashes in this area of i-40 this morning. a planned or prescribed burn in the area and that is what is causing the smoke. they know the smoke caused other crashes, they do know, but they don't know about this crash. i-40 is back open. phoenix police are looking for a man who shot and killed a man at a shell station at 35th avenue and glen -- glendale.

to mesa, a mesa man accused of sex crimes with a toddler was sentenced to life in prison. daniel divet pled no contest. he is accused of taking explicit video and performing sex acts on a 2-year-old girl he was baby-sitting. a group says they are tree trimmers but they are they call elderly and say they want to trim the trees. they went to a home and caught on surveillance camera. they walked into the house, confronted the elderly lay tk*eu and shoved a man. if you know who they are, call silent witness at 480-witness.

look - i supported joe arpaio for a lot of years... but lately, he spends so much time on tv or in court defending himself that he's not doing his job. he failed to serve warrants for violent crimes. he didn't even investigate when children were molested. and lawsuits against him have cost taxpayers over one hundred forty two million dollars. priority is keeping our community safe. that's why this year, i'm voting for paul penzone. check out arizona's new arizona has a brand-new snowplow and it is called a tow plow. i think this is an awesome idea.

i learned as a police officer and a businessman you should never abuse people's trust. unfortunately, today too many politicians either serve their party or themselves, and arizona families suffer. the arizona republic called paul babeu a disgrace. babeu spent $28,000 of taxpayer money at a five-star resort and was questioned by the fbi for using public money to promote himself. because you deserve leaders you can trust.
