twitter world was arizona's junior center jeff flake. he said donald trump saying he might not accept election results is beyond the pale. there is a lot of people upset with this remark. basic voters in america, i'm not sure they are going to pay a lot of attention to this. some will take it seriously and break with american tradition that every loser accepts the donald trump, if he went in another direction, he would be an outlier. was there any knockouts, i would say no. fitting they had it at the thoms and mac center because it was a heavyweight brawl. for the second time in a row, no handshake. there is bad blood here. >> john, a lot of trump sporters

judge learned that ohio has a supply of the drug and plans to resume executions in january. the controversial drug has been in question since its blame in the botched executions, including one in arizona. before the u.s. district judge, the state promised, not to use it in the future and the argument over the drug was moot because they had no way to get states like ohio, mississippi, arkansas, and alabam, they do have a supply. there was concern over whether or not arizona could get a hold of it to resume executions. while the state promised not to use the drug, attorneys say if not, then what? the inmates deserve to know what they will be killed with. i spoke with the department of death division for arizona that

did not accept the argument. >> the judge is not going to blindly accept what he hears from the state. i think that is wise on his part. what does the state's statement that we won't use it really mean. what if that changes if there is a new director of the department of corrections? what does that mean if there is a new attorney general? what does it mean if there is a what does it mean if we wake up tomorrow and say it is a whole new world? >> reporter: basically, there is a lot of unseasonty. the judge wants to further explain why they think the lawsuit is moot. before they argue they don't have access to the drug but now they know the other states do, the argument is not strong enough. until they revise the argument,

bring the -- a new argument before the judge? >> reporter: they have until january to bring a new argument. it is a case that has shaken the valley. a serial killer who has injured two and killed two others. they hope someone will recognize the man in this sketch and they are working to put this investigators have received more than 3,000 tips but none of them led to an arrest. now, they are releasing the 911 calls from the shootings. the calls are from the serial shooter that happened back on march 17 and 18th. the first victim, a 16-year-old boy shot in the stomach and leg. the next day, a woman called 911

the toddler's mom called police after finding several videos on his phone. heavy smoke from a press -- prescribed burn leads to several accidents in the high country. the smoke caused three cars to crash, one person was killed. d.p.s. shut down the freeway for hours as they investigated the crash. scottsdale police are searching for the man who robbed a convenience store with hatchet while wearing a zombie clown mask. he left that store and came back and forced the cashier into an office. our political coverage continues with concern over lately voter fraud and rigged election. danielle miller reports on poll observers here in arizona. when something doesn't smell right, something is usually wrong.
