it's not clear if she was trying to stop the fight or hurt them. the man from the lincoln there, the woman's boyfriend, was badly hurt but is expected to survive. the man from the white pickup, 48-year-old robert crumblaw was killed. and details on the woman taken into custody, 29-year-old jenna killer was processed for dui and second-degree murder and aggravated assault. it looks like the whole thing was apparently triggered by a case arraignment is postponed again in the case of a man accused of literally picking up a passed out woman and carrying her over his shoulder so he could take her home and rape her. it all happened in oldtown scottsdale. here's the latest info, rodolfo ramirez was supposed to be arraigned this morning. this is at least the third time, though, it's been put on hold. it's now been reset for november the 3rd. he's accused of taking the

garage and then to his home where he attacked her. he's being held without bond. it's not clear what the reason for the continual delays are. >> two people accused of causing the death of a 2-year-old girl in their care, alison anne clemn't and ryan reid ran an unlicensed home day care, accused of killing the child back of knowing it happened but not reporting it. their punishment has not yet been handed down. a man was killed crossing the street near 36th avenue and bethany home road. police believe the man was hit by two different cars. the first driver took off, has not been found. the second driver did stay there at the scene. a garage fire does a lot of

can't fit inside of any any other type of cargo plan. new at noon in a presidential race, the first results of early balloting, hillary clinton looks to be doing well in the crucial battleground states of north carolina and florida. data put together by the associated press shows she may have an early advantage in colorado and arizona. donald trump appears to be holding ground in iowa and georgia. he's said to be packing events between now and election day so he won't have any regrets. he says win, lose or draw he'll be happy with himself. the 4.2 million early votes cast thus far are far outpacing the last early election. donald trump and hillary clinton meeting up again. >> they appeared last night at the annual fundraiser for catholic charities.

fox 10 news starts now. welcome back. it's back to normal after a chemical spill in kansas. it all happened this morning at a distillery that supplies distilled spirits. spilled for a mix of sulfuric acid and chlorine. it caused a cloud of smoke and some businesses to be evacuated in the area. more than 50 people had to seek medical treatment. >> a busy day in the border battle, customs border protection in nogales seizes over half a million dollars worth of illegal drugs. the biggest bust in nogales was more than $400,000 worth of cocaine and heroin, the coke

they found it in a mexican man's jeep, the same jeep that they also found three pounds of heroin. two other busts that same day brought up to nearly $600,000 worth of cocaine, heroin, and meth. >> these smugglers are getting pretty creative. a tuscon man was trying to cross into the u.s. when officers found $31,000 worth of cocaine in his groin area. then a couple of more days after that, officers found $70,000 worth of cocaine wrapped around the midsection of a 50-year-old woman who is mexican. >> an 18-year-old mexican man arrested after being caught with three pounds of meth taped to his legs. he was taken into custody at the port of san luis, south of yuma. drug detection dogs were easily able to alert officers to the meth, $3,000 worth of meth. >> and a new billboard in

across the west. there's not a whole lot shaking out there. this is not a static image. we do have the satellite in motion but there's just nothing to be find. if you are going to be hanging around arizona for the weekend, get into the high country and the leaves are looking great, and if you are headed over to california, your weather is going to be just as nice. sunday, clouds will start to sneak in for the next cool shot, showers by the time you get to monday. the weekend so far is looking great. 90s in the deserts already, 79 at sedona, really a perfect 70 there in flagstaff and 74 at st. john's, and as you look around the rest of the country, cool air continues to move eastward through the great lakes now and starting to press in on the east coast. but it's still 70 in central park this afternoon. that's a pretty nice autumn day

as you heard ron mention there in western p.a., we have seen strong weather, and it's still raining there. unfortunately this whole mess is really very slow moving, and that's causing the real problems. when you see these showers and thunderstorms just kind of rolling over the same real estate, you know you're going to see trouble. but the rest of the country is quiet, and that includes you, so here's your forecast for today. again, we'll see some big numbers, almost a hundred in gila bend today, 87 in kingman, flagstaff you'll seno now, but 78 at st. john's and 85 in douglas. so we'll bring it all home with these temperatures for tonight, a crisp one up north, not quite as chilly as this morning. with today's warms temps, that will keep things a little bit milder, but 38 in flagstaff, 67 in yuma, 52 in page. here's how we roll through the weekend and into next week. we'll call it the 90s for today and tomorrow, of course, sunday a few clouds push in, low 90s
