want to be identified but shared his 6-year-old daughter's disappointment. >> my daughter was interested in putting the dragon decoration up. reporter: the dragon was in the front yard for three days before these thieves stole her joy. >> she started crying and she said i want my dragon, what happened dad? i started explaining that bad people came and took it and i did my best to get it >> people were looking and saying where is the dragon? >> reporter: he doesn't put up decorations because of the high risk of theft. >> people work hard and they want to decorate their yards and it is sad you can't enjoy your own property without people taking stuff after of it. >> reporter: the dragon looks similar to this one and thieves stole strings of lights. they did not bother taking the

recorded. they wore masks or painting their faces to hide their ideas. >> you are watching people steal your property that's it. >> reporter: the owners of the dragon filed a report with the phoenix police department and they are asking anyone if they recognize anyone in the surveillance video or have seen the stolen dragon to call police. i'm nicole garcia, fox 10 news. police in goodyear two teenage girls last week. they say he wasn't wearing any pants when he approached the girls from behind a corner in an isolated area. here is a sketch they are looking for. if you have any information about that suspicious person, you're asked to call police. philip brailsford in court today. brailsford is facing second-degree murder charges for

unarmed man. it happened at the la quinta inn back in january. brailsford's attorneys want a new preliminary hearing to present evidence that will clear their client, brailsford. the trial is set for may. a woman accused of running an unlicensed day care is sentenced to 24 year prison sentence. both pled guilty to charges, including second-degree murder. in 2012, reed killed savannah cross. she knew the abuse was happening and did nothing to stop it. we are getting a look at a man accused in a road rage shooting. nathanial crawford is facing charges, including aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

avenue and mcdowell. he got into an argument with another driver on the road. he got out of his car and started shooting. one of the bullets came close to hitting an 18-month-old child in that car. two officers were eating nearby. they stopped the situation from getting worse. no one, thankfully, was worse. 29-year-old woman is facing charges of second-degree murder and d.u.i. after a deadly road rage fight she ran over and killed a man who was fighting with her boyfriend. steve krafft joins us live with this story. >> reporter: ok, first, we had a case of road rage that spilled into a circle k parking lot. the girl tried to help her boyfriend, the boyfriend hurt, the man he was fighting killed. a dozen police cars aided by

police believe he got into a road rage argument. they stopped at the circle k an got into a fight. the man hit robert krumlauf with an airsoft rifle. the man's girlfriend, 29-year-old jenna keller ran over both he -- of them with the car. he died in the hospital. people were shocked and outraged by the v >> i don't think that is right. people have tempers but for people to innocently do that, it is outrageous. >> it is so bad. i feel bad for the family. a lot of stuff happens every day. i don't bring my nieces and nephews. >> reporter: an update on jenna keller's boyfriend. she drove a car into him and robert krumlauf, the man he was

keller's boyfriend is expected to survive. internet service taking a hit after a a series of cyber attacks this morning. people unable to access twitter, netflix, and amazon. it was not clear who was behind the cyber attack but an internet firm in new hampshire who provides internet traffic management to the biggest names on the the department of homeland security and f.b.i. are investigating. a strange sighting along interstate 10. drivers spotted an emu. this is tonopah and this is where the emu was spotted. take a look at this beauty. looking into the trooper's car like, are you going to give me a ride or you're going to look at me? the bird was spotted west of

our officers deal with a lot. this is one of the stranger things, i would think they have to deal with. the trooper, here is where it got dicey. the trooper found that bird in the median of i-10, the bird is going which way do i go. the emu crossed the road and i know there is a punch line. in tends, the with a lasso. they had to call someone out who can handle a lasso. this is the lasso going down. this is the one where he is being lassoed. they use the lasso and they put the emu into the back of a van. emu is the second largest bird in the world, the ostrich is the largest.

will the cardinals face the seahawks with or without their quarterback. >> carson palmer was at practice but will he hit the field sunday night. >> reporter: carson is fine that is what cardinals' head coach bruce arians said today. i know fans are worried because he hasn't practiced that much this week. at this point in the season, veterans will get a day off here and week. you have to remember, carson palmer played on monday night and he left that game monday night with a hamstring strain. he said he was cramping and blamed it on dehydration. i can see how people get worried. cardinals don't sound worried at all. expect to see carson palmer in action come sunday night. >> i've seen guys in the past

it's not uncommon for autistic kids to flap their hands. and so when i saw that, that was completely disqualifying. i'm a republican, but this election is so much bigger than party. my son max can't live in trump world. so i'm crossing party lines and voting for hillary. i don't always agree with her, but she's reasonable. and she's smart. she can work with people to solve problems. i want to be able to tell my kids that i did the right thing when it really mattered.

how is the guppy upclose? >> reporter: i agree with you about the name. hi, i'm the super guppy. it is more tough in real life. on the lawn, we had a lot of action, not just on the tarmac. we had 100 people stop what they were doing and watch this land. we ha everyone from 6 years old to 100 years old. everyone was excited and had a smile on their super guppy has landed at mesa gate wave. it -- gateway. a wingspan of 156 feet and length of 143 feet, it is really super sized. it was designed by nasa to transport oversized objects to avoid problems with narrow roads

forecasting for tomorrow, the mid 90's once again. a few upper 90's around the valley. we're forecasting some 70's but a lot of 80's as far as the north is concerned. upper 90's across portions of the deserts. you look here, boy, not much going on. it is rain, snow, and wind up in the northwest. once again, this system that flooded the ohio valley yesterday moves up into new 3 inches of rain. they got pretty heavy rain acrosser areas of new england as well with advisories for flooding up there after 1.81 of an inch in new york city. they got a pretty good shot there as well. temperature wise, the temperatures are finally coming down. we do find a few 80's in the southwest. we find a few 80's over here in

fox 10 news alert. we take you back out to ontario, california, southern california where a massive recycleing center, which is next to the airport there has caught fire. look at that thick, black smoke. >> you can see this, obviously, for miles around. as you mentioned, the airport is across the street so this is probably affecting air travel. you can see fire crews just across the railroad tracks from the recycling plant. in fact, some of the brush behind these homes have probably caught fire probably from embers sparking the fires as well.
