neighborhood. that happened on june 12 that shooting of the three people. one of the victims was just 12 years old. people in this neighborhood disagree on whether halloween will be business as usual in their neighborhood. >> i don't think we'll see a lot of people walking along and a lot of the parents will be more involved this year. their kids aren't going to be walking around alone anymore. i think there that are roaming the streets now. >> i think they are going to continue living their life and do the things they want to do and that is for the kids. the parents will be a little bit more observant and things like that. as far as the kids, they had signs up on the walls and posts, be careful of the serial shooter. after a week or two, i want to say two weeks tops, they were not on there anymore.

gunshot wounds and they think the two may have been murdered before the crash. they appear to be hispanic men in their 20's. we talked to neighbors who said they were stunned by this scene. >> i think his foot was on the gas peddle because the whole block was full of smoke and it smelled like burned rubber. >> police have no suspects and no witnesses in that investigation. a sad update about a to the hospital after a dresser fell on top of her. tonight, we have learned that 3-year-old girl died from her injuries. surprise police say they responded the the homed a grant and -- grand and bell road yesterday and she was unconscious. crews helped to airlift the girl to the hospital be -- but we

tragic incident. maricopa county deputy finds a dead% from a gunshot wound. two other horses were shot and now authorities are searching for the killer. >> reporter: maricopa county sheriff's office is searching for a wild horse killer. activists who discovered the foul's body says this is the foul who died. his name was was it shot but parts of the body was missing. >> it was done like a hunter would do it, it was shot in the heart, lungs, and head. reporter: the shooter appears to have targeted the youngest of this particular band. >> visibly the mother of this baby is very distraught and upset and keeps going back to the spot where her dead baby is and that is just heartbreaking.

two other fouls have been located and this is one of them. they believe it appears to be seriously hurt and may have to eventually be rescued. there are 80 horses that call the salt river home. activists are pleading for the public's help to bring the person to justice. >> the person who did this is an insensitive son of a gun who is hunting these wild horses. >> reporter: there is a reward for information leading to an arrest. >> the suspect was last seen wearing black shorts and a dark green shirt. a donation has been added to the reward and that brought the total to $3,500. if you have information, you're asked to call the maricopa county sheriff's office. a woman survives when her car plummets off of the freeway and lands on its roof.

around 10:30 when the car went flying off of the i-10 stack at the i-17. the woman was rushed to the hospital but her condition is not known at this time. there are no other vehicles involved in the crash. the i-10 and northbound i-17 was closed while crews cleaned up the mess. a fox follow-up from black canyon city and the massive pileup on i-17 yesterday that caused so many headaches. ur truck hauling cattle crashed into multiple vehicles. the truck failed to stop or slow down hitting about 23er vehicles there. several cars were pushed off of the side of the highway. the cattle inside the trailer were not hurt in that crash. arizona, of course, is home to transplants from ohio and illinois and with the cubs and the indians in the world series, a lot of people are heading back

anything like that. it could be too warm. it has been a little chilly on halloween a lot of times out here. 88 degrees right now. winds out of the north at 5 miles an hour. the winds have died down quite a bit. 88 degrees in glendale. 83 in apache junction. down in familiar -- florence 84. protect us a little bit. it will put cooler air into the west, however, and that will make some changes but not right away. tucson down here getting a little shot. there is arizona city and casa grande in there taking moisture through the day today. we see some up north as well. we see a little bit on the west side flowing through a lot of that missing the city and heading up north. we see a little bit of moisture around on the day today.

show you this stuff will be out of here by tomorrow. 90 degrees on the high today. buckeye, 90. goodyear, 90. 89 at scottsdale. 90 in chandler. 71, maybe that 74 degrees in prescott. 75 in payson. 81 degrees in sedona. 65 in flagstaff. those 90's, in fact, 94 in gila bend on the desert floor. take a look today. 72 for the morning low. 85 and 62 would be the normal high and low. you can see we're off about five degrees. 96 is the record high for the day. 41 is the record low. as you get a look at these forecast highs for tomorrow, we do come out of the 90's and into the 80's. not everywhere, we are forecasting a few 90's as far as the valley is concerned. a few 60's across the mountains.

90 down in tucson. what we have some moisture in the west and a little bit of that is snow in some of the areas in northern california and into washington and oregon. also, pretty heavy snow across vermont and massachusetts. some areas picking up as much as 9 inches. you can see temperatures are down. 64 in new york. 61 in boston. 56 in minneapolis. contrasting 56 in new orleans. 85 in houston. 79 in denver. 62 at portland. 89 degrees for tomorrow but it will warm up a little bit from there. we will see the temperatures pick up into the 90's, in fact, 96 by thursday and backing off a little bit. there is halloween with 83 degrees on the forecast. watch your kids around water. >> thank you, dave. in your entertainment news,

it's not uncommon for autistic kids to flap their hands. and so when i saw that, that was completely disqualifying. i'm a republican, but this election is so much bigger than party. my son max can't live in trump world. so i'm crossing party lines and voting for hillary. i don't always agree with her, but she's reasonable. and she's smart. she can work with people to solve problems. when it really mattered.
