multipurpose sports sports arena that would seat nearly 20,000 fans. here's an exclusive look at where the proposed arena would be built. a plan is now in place for a 20,000 seat sports arena on 65 acres just south of the pavilions just west of the 101. landowners have already selected a master developer, and this plan is budgeted in excess of $850 million. the 20,000 seat arena will be part of a european style sports village that will complement talking stick resort arena and salt river baseball fields. this group also involves a group of local businessmen involved in overseeing the project. it is important to note there is

however, an opportunity for a fair and equitable agreement could materialize in the future as a long term home. the salt river pima maricopa indian community has a vision in creating a major sports destination in the southwest for amateur and professional sports. >> there's a couple of key elements i want to point out here. the current ownership of the coyotes are not part of the local group. we should also tell you the process of finalizing this agreement will take months. it's important to point out, tis plan at talking stick appears to be by far the best actual plan that's out there. there's no taxpayer money needed, and you know what the accomplishes have already been from the folks out there at
