the private e-mail server, after new e-mails have surfaced that once again put into question whether they contain classified information. this scandal has dogged her for more than a year now. the e-mails came to light because of a separate fbi investigation into former congressman anthony weiner's sexting scandal. wiener is the estranged husband of huma abedin there on the right. she is she was already holding a campaign rally addressing all of this for the first time. she is asking that the fbi release more details about these e-mails. >> the director himself has said he doesn't know whether the e-mails referenced in his letter are significant or not. i'm confident, whatever they are, will not change the conclusion reached in july. therefore, it's imperative that

question, whatever it is, without any delay. >> clinton's arrival, donald trump, also speaking out about these new developments while out on the campaign trail today. >> i have great respect for the fbi for righting this wrong. the american people fully understand her corruption, and we hope all, all justice will finally be served. >> not long before the fbi announced it was looking the new e-mails, hillary clinton's campaign announced that the democratic nominee will be making a stop in arizona next week. she will be in phoenix on wednesday, november 2nd, for an early vote rally. this is all about the fact that arizona right now is tied. this was widely considered to be a safe republican state. now the polls have this virtually tied, and arizona is now officially a battleground. no other details have been released about mrs. clinton's visit.

2:00 p.m. start time. >> meantime, donald trump is returning to phoenix once again tomorrow. it will be his 7th campaign stop in arizona, and his rally is taking place at the phoenix convention center. it gets under way at 3:30 p.m. doors open at 12:30. we will be carrying that rally live on fox 10 news now. the annual zombie walk tomorrow at the same time as the donald trump rally. many roads traffic likely to be very heavy downtown tomorrow. you may want to avoid downtown if you're just kind of rolling through town, because it could be very, very backed up. >> that's going to be quite a sight, all of these zombies downtown tomorrow. across america, a bad day for airplanes, not one but two aircraft, big ones, caught on fire on the tarmac. an american airlines flight and a fedex plane, more on that fedex plane in just a moment. but first, the latest on the american airlines flight.

board when it burst into flames shortly before taking off this afternoon from chicago's o'hare airport, bound for miami. it was on the runway, ready to take off, when flames and heavy black smoke began pouring from the side of the aircraft. can you imagine if this would have gotten into the air? passengers say they heard a loud bang, and then they saw an explosion. everybody on board quickly evacuated the plane. several passengers received minor injuries during evacuation, about 20 people taken to the hospital to be checked out. the ntsb is now investigating, but we do know that air traffic control reported a fire in one of the engines. >> on to that fedex plane now that caught fire at the fort lauderdale hollywood international airport in florida. taking a look at new witness video from on board, what they saw. you can see smoke coming out and then a fiery explosion.

for game 4 in chicago. >> it will be nice, fantastic for the sunday night game as well. there's a slight chance of rain but some cloudiness that will hold the heat in. sunday night a 50-degree game start, down a little bit but good baseball weather. now we'll talk about halloween. a lot of people worried with the temperatures up a little bit that halloween was going to suffer for it. it's going to be a little warm. it's not going to be terrible. ready to go, 82 degrees at 5:00. when it gets scary at 79 degrees, that's going to be 7:00. and the bag should be full by 9:00 in the evening at 76 degrees. 81 degrees right now. no wind to speak of at this hour. 79 in deer valley, 78 in surprise, in ahwatukee 81, and 77 out at apache junction. yeah, we do have some moisture around the state, some of it getting a little close to the valley here.

drying up. that was a hurricane called seymore, and most of the moisture, in fact all of it found its way into california. you can see it spreading through the country as well. a little bit of it finding its way into arizona through the day today. tonight, see, look at that stuff just kind of skimming us on the northwest side there, a little bit of something on the east side, not a lot of it sticking around, some of it heading up north. in the flagstaff area we see some of it heading through so a little moisture, finding its way into the state today. that stuff will be kind of hanging around, especially in the north, if you're going to be doing some traveling. 93 degrees on the high today. and you can see the other numbers correspond to that, some a little lower. we get a 93 in glendale. we get a 92 in scottsdale, and back to 93 in chandler. other numbers that we have from around the state, not bad in

83 in winslow, 92 at tuscon, 72 in show low today, low and mid-90s throughout the deserts, here we go with 93 for the high, 76 for the low, 84 and 60 would be your normal high and low, there's your record high at 97, your record low at 41. here's what we are forecasting for tomorrow, very much like today, a degree or two lower, but you can see some of these temperatures pop up into the mid-90s as well, but low 90s is what we are looking for for the most part. it will be 80 i prescott. that is our forecast. mid-90s in yuma and at gila bend. so those temperatures come up a little bit on the desert through the weekend. a little bit of moisture, finding its way into the west. we showed you that source. look at the stuff finding its way all the way up into the dakotas today, and they did get a little bit of snow but most of that stuff has moved out now. you saw a couple of three inches of snow up in the northeastern portion of the country through the day yesterday. and that has brought the

some of the areas that are experiencing that cooler weather and some of that snow. but look at this, in omaha they get back up into the 80s along with wichita today and also in denver with 82 degrees. take a look at your overnight low at 68, 92 degrees for tomorrow. we'll see some sunshine. but the temperature comes down a little bit as we go into the weekend with those temperatures coming into the low 90s. and then on monday, we go to 85 for halloween, and that's going to help bring temperatures down as well. watch your kids around water. thank you, dave. >> and when dave is out gala vanting around. >> or in rem sleep, one of the two -- >> i'm in rem sleep right now. >> you can receive your weather

along with the police, are pleading for help to try and solve this case, andrew hasbun with the story. >> this picture was taken shortly after the hit-and-run while she was still in rehab. she's now back in the classroom but recovering has not been easy. >> things people do on a daily basis she can no longer do anymore. >> brown was crossing 124th street at saguaro drive back in 2015 when someone in hit her and took off. the 8th grade teacher was headed to a halloween event at a nearby church. >> she can't walk normally. some days are better for her. some days are worse. >> after the crash, the driver took off. >> this didn't have to happen to her. her whole life has changed because somebody left her on the side of the road to die. >> the only information police have about the suspect's car is that it was a black four-door sedan and likely had damage to

the car came through. two children were hurt. the man who took the video said it was a very close call for him and his family. >> after the crowd separated, we seen the silver vehicle come straight to us. just in time, i pulled my brother-in-law out the way, and i pushed my niece and nephew out the way, and the car missed us by a couple of inches. >> police caught the driver, upshaw, about a mile away. she is facing serious charges, including dui. maricopa county sheriff joe arpaio pleads not guilty to criminal charges in his contempt of court case. the u.s. department of justice is prosecuting him after he was found guilty of civil contempt over the summer. this comes after arpaio defied a

profiling case. he's been charged with a misdemeanor and now faces up to six months in jail. but he would not be barred from office. >> those protesting the dakota access pipeline being built in north dakota say they will continue that fight despite being kicked off the property. >> -- three months, waiting for this day. >> this comes a day after with police at the site where the pipeline is being built. this has been particularly contentious there. authorities say one woman even fired three shots at officers. no one hurt, but officials are worried about potential for more violence. >> death threats out there for law enforcement for just simply doing our job, many of them posing in pictures holding automatic rifles, suggesting that they are going to come to standing rock, come to this area, and short law enforcement officers. that's extremely concerning to

state temperatures are a little bit warmer, 78 in lake havasu city, 43 in flagstaff, 55 in safford, and 61 in casa grande. look at those 60s showing up as far as the valley is concerned, 68 at deer valley, 65 at mesa, 68 in apache junction, 64 in ahwatukee, and 66 in glendale. these are the highs we'll be looking at across the state. nice looking 60s, 70s, and 80s across the mountains. we will see some 9 mid-90s, as far as the deserts are concerned. as we look at the next couple of days here leading into the monday holiday, 92 on saturday, 91 on sunday, with a little bit of cloud cover. on monday, a little bit of cloud cover, but monday is of course halloween, 85 degrees, nighttime temperatures are going to be very nice. about 80 to start, about 76 degrees to end, and as you know some 90s through the
