>> reporter: phoenix police say three people were shot at the break room bar off 48th street and mcdowell around 1:30 this morning. we spoke to a witness who says he was pulling up to the bar when he came across two people on a stretcher going into the ambulance. >> it looked bad. yeah, it was -- there was so many police. >> reporter: police say a 36-year-old man was killed. and a man in his 50s and a woman in her 30s were both% shot and taken to the hospital in serious condi witnesses say many people were around at the time of the shooting. >> some of them were running around panicking and one guy like -- he know that was his friend or something, because he was going like, a little off. >> reporter: roderick says a lot of people who go to the break room know each other and are friends. >> guy got killed. he had a lot of family. but 50 people came out here. gaining support. >> reporter: investigators remained out here throughout the

and any other kind of evidence that will lead them to the shooter or shooters. in you have any information, you're asked to call phoenix police. courtney griffin, fox 10 news. and you of course can remain anonymous if you call silent witness at 480-witness to give any information. 48th street and mcdowell was blocked off for several hours but has since re-opened. a chandler neighborhood is left picking up the pieces after a house that was under construction goes up in the fire happened near chandler boulevard and gilbert road earlier this morning. police are not ready to call it an arson. but they say that a home down the street also caught fire. a realtor who just sold the house next door came to check out the damage. >> man, this is so disappointing. i've got a client that's moving in right across the street right now, today. and now they have to come and deal with this. it sucks. >> and if you have any information on the case, you're

well, talk about a scary thought. someone cashing a check from your account using your i.d. happens more often than a lot of people think. in fact, police say it happened recently at a valley credit union. anita roman has more in silent witness. >> reporter: take a closer look. police say the man in this video is not who he said he was. >> we have incredible video and photos of a suspect who presented what is believed to be a check that didn't belong to >> reporter: according to sergeant rothschild, with sigh lent wednesday, back on may 27th the suspect walked into a credit union in the area of bell and 32rd in the afternoon and cashed a check drawn from an account there. >> when you look at how identity theft occurs, sometimes it's people using i.d.s that aren't theirs, sometimes it's people cashing checks that aren't theirs, or a different account, there's a lot of different layers. and if somebody knows who he is

coming off a bye week and facing the cardinals. for arizona, it's the memory. or i should say the nightmare of what happened in the nfc title game last year. and we were there. and you look at this top players. arians still to this day, will say, i don't know what happened to carson palmer and some of the stop players that he expected to come through in the clutch to lead this team to a super bowl. just didn't happen. four interceptions for carson palmer a team that collapsed against carolina on the looking to even the score. keep in mind, they're 3-3-1. every win counts. always tough. three time zones, going back east to carolina. game time at 10:00 a.m. we check in with richard saenz. >> it's a rematch of the nfc championship game and have times have changed. carolina had just one loss on the year last year. the cardinals only had three. this time around, the panthers sit at 1-5 while the cardinals are 3-3. and of course that one tie. but carson palmer is not taking this team lightly.

nominee donald trump making a stop here in the valley. trump's plane touching down at sky harbor just before 3:00 this afternoon. it was the gop hopeful's seventh campaign stop here in arizona. >> people waited in line as we've seen many times before. they then poured into the phoenix convention center to hear donald trump speak. but before he made it to the podium, some big names in arizona politics took the stage. >> how refreshing it will be to able to say, thank you, mr. president, for defending our country. [crowd noise] >> i'm not going to get into the illegal immigration, but i'll tell you the vision. he -- he had a vision on the illegal immigration problem, the drug problem, the terrorism problem. heats been speaking out -- he's been speaking out. >> this is what i mean when i say that our system is rigged.
