i'm nicole garcia, fox 10 news. >> pinal county authorities make an arrest in a decade's old murder case. marlon faulker was arrested in the cold case. the sheriff's department got an anonymous tip that faulker was responsible for for a shooting death. arizona parent helps lead who led a mass shooting at his high school. the parent told authorities in nevada and california. a 15-year-old boy was take into custody on thursday and is being charged as a juvenile. prosecutors want to charge him as an adult. his name has not been released. in the border battle,

trying to smuggle three pounds of meth in tortillas. officers seized the meth and turned him over to i.c.e. he lives in nogales, arizona. arizona lawmaker says the city of tucson is violating a state law by destroying guns turned in by citizens. a complaints is accusing the city of violating a 2013 collected by law enforcement agencies need to be sold, not destroyed. tucson police have destroyed more than 4,800 guns. they argue that tucson is destroying public property. voters will head to the polls a week from tomorrow and the battle over whether to
