investigators say the little boy climbed out of a window and then fell into the family pool and drowned. this all happened near university and val vista drive yesterday. police say the whole thing seems to be a tragic accident but they just want to caution, remind and warn parents to always have pool safety at the top of their mind, even as we head into the cooler months. on to a developing story now and we are learning more about the man who was pulled over outside of ourox after police say that he led them on a chase through the valley. police say the tony gutierrez was driving the wrong way near arizona avenue at gil and elliott in gilbert and officer tried to pull gutierrez over and then took off and led police on a 30 minute chase ending in downtown phoenix. police say they sent a canine unit because of the potential threat that suspect demonstrated. gutierrez was taken to a nearby hospital for a dog bite wound
