across america tomorrow jury selection begins in the trial of dylan roof. that name made sound familiar. he is the man accused of murdering nine people at a south carolina black church last year. investigators say roof opened fire during a bible study session. roof is facing 33 federal charges and the department of justice is seeking the death penalty. the trial is set to begin in gas prices remain well above $2. gas buddy says the average price is $2.22 a gallon. and that's what it is today here in arizona we are paying less than that with an average of $2.14 a gallon. hawaii is the highest up in the country with an average of $2.91 a gallon. oklahoma the lowest $1.90 a gallon. a group of phoenix parents started the central arizona

the people receive the help through an organization called i help and the organization provides a safe place to sleep and a hot meal for homeless adults. every night of the year. john power initially started photographing for the project but passed away before he could complete it. other photographers were able to help finish the project and say that they were happy to tell their story. >> as i was photographing them that i got, i immediately just kind of fell in love with these people and wanted the best for them. >> that exhibit is opened all the way until saturday. a lot of people are saying it they are saying, i could not wait until wednesday november 9. because the election will be over. >> all thinking it. i know you. >> a lot of people are. here is a break from the election stuff. and it's been suggested and

fox news. really an emotional day as people remember pat tillman on what would have been his 40th birthday. >> tillman as you know killed by friendly fire in the line of duty back in april of 2004. the death had a massive impact here in arizona as the american hero had played for both the sun devils and the arizona cardinals. tillman left his career with the cardinals and enlisted following september 11th in the prime of his career. foundation has been set up in his name and run and a run is held every year in his the tillman family had a get together over the weekend this past weekend up there in tahoe. remembering pat on his birthday weekend. what do the cardinals have to do to make their way to the post season? cards insider has numbers in mind. you want to hear when we return and nfl, we got some overtime games to look at and some surprising finishes next.
