i met one woman who was in las vegas traveling here when it came time to go home, she hoed showedup at the airport early td out she would be waiting at least two hours. wound up she would be staying in las vegas just a bit longer. >> i apologize for the challenges this has created for you and your travel experience. the delta team is hard to restore and get systems back as quickly as possible. >> that was the c.e.o. of delta. we did talk with chelsea reynold who is told me that she had been delayed two hours, she wouldn't get back home until 12:00 and the problem was delta needed to get another flight for her and she had to go back to school. she had a job and she had to

are walking across las vegas history here. that's a live look for you on this tuesday morning. we hope it's a good one for you. >> dana: great concentration with all that noise going on. this is a video out of las vegas that has been seen in all corners of america. this is a local woman flashing a local family on u.s. 95 and she is going to be back in a local courtroom this she's already been there facing charges for this. she's facing five charges including indecent exposure and identity theft. we are now going to tell you later what happens in that courtroom this morning. >> kim: a local business owner wants justice after catching a tagger vandalizing his property. it's one of those caught on camera type of moments. the owner saying that the vandal caused hundreds of dollars worth of damages.

before, three times before. this latest time they finally caught the person on camera. that video is now in metro's hands and a detective tells us that they are currently working to find the person responsible. clark county spends millions of dollars every year cleaning up graffiti in our community. the city of las vegas sees more than 60,000 scenes like this one playing out right now every year. >> dana: clinton slapped with a lawsuit. we're going to t y suing hillary and what they say she did and why they say it has to do with the use of her private email. >> kim: it was not a part of the request at lunchtime. you see on your screen an officer drugged. wait until you hear what happened at that subway.

trump's proposal would be a significant change from current law right now. parents can deduct up to $6,000 for child carry. donald trump will do away with that limit which could save middle class parents a ton of money. >> dana: a lawsuit has been filed against hillary clinton by the parents of two americans killed in benghazi. wrongful death lawsuit was filed in federal court earlier thi smith and tyrone woods claim that clinton's use of a private email server contributed to the attacks. the parents accuse clinton of defaming them in public statements. clinton's campaign responding saying there have been nine different investigations into this attack and none found any evidence whatsoever of any wrongdoing on the part of hillary clinton.

officials have confirmed it was a neck injury that took the life of that 10-year-old boy on the world's largest water slide. he was on the world's tallest water slide when things went wrong. that is 17 stories high. it propoles riders 65 miles per hour at times. ed the multiple problems including delay of opening glitches. one designer admitted that the person that built the ride in kansas didn't have height restrictions in that state so they went as high as they could. the park is closed while they investigate. they don't know what happened. the park is scheduled to open tomorrow. three children are recovering this morning after falling from

>> kelly: this is the pilot fire. the fire only about 5% contained. officials hoping to keep the fire from spreading even more. the fire broke out on sunday. the latest update about 6,000 acres being burned. so far the cause of this fire still under investigation. we hope they get it under control not just for those evacuated and homes nearby but us too. smoke has created that air quality advisory in place for the area today. the winds will pick up that will help stir things up and push things out of the area. that is good news for us.
