speed not a factor. woman taken to sunrise hospital where she was pronounced dead. this is not far from where we reported a fatal traffic accident yesterday morning. >> kim: this could have turned fatal, thank goodness it didn't. this guy is trying to warn all the on coming drivers on the 95 get out of the way because i can't move my truck. a lot of people freaked out. it happened yesterday afternoon on the 95 near the driver as you can see stepping out very close into on coming traffic and he's not trying to flag anyone down for help. he's wanting to make sure people don't slam into his car and hurt themselves. some of these cars going 65 miles per hour plus. everyone involved walks away. not a single person injured. but the nevada department of transportation is telling us
