about this yet again. another person killed on our local roads. we're talking about the third person losing their life in just a 24 hour period. michelle standing by with the details this morning. >> michelle: we have covered so many of these over the years. so many times it acurs when somebody is in an unmarked crosswalk. last night the woman whas thing. she was crossing in this marked crosswalk behind me. we are near eastern. the problem is and i want to have you zoom over this way, she didn't activate the signal. have you to push this button and it will make these lights go on. that didn't happen so unfortunately the driver did not see her crossing the road in the dark last night and hit this woman. and unfortunately that woman lost her life.

>> kim: welcome back. we have the surveillance video that really tells the story about the monkey on the plane bound for las vegas. it was a frontier flight tuesday of this week. at first we heard the monkey was smuggled on board. cheerily you see this guy has the monkey out and t.s.a. agents are getting quite the show here. this started in ohio. the guy with his pet monkey crawling all over his arm. some people said no it was in a did you havele bag. this proving the passenger's story. the passenger clearly showed them the monkey and carried through with all of their different commands.
