>> for me now it's just being able to -- i think the biggest thing between now and london i was so much more emotional during these games, that showed at times. that's the difference. because i knew this was the last time. i knew this was the last race i ever had and the last olympics i had. and everything just really hit hard. and i guess some of it i guess some people at home saw where i mean, as soon as i walked into the warm down before that final night, the tears started coming filling up in my eyes and bob and i shared some of those emotional moments with one another. and you know, i was thinking my last warm-up, my last warm-down, last time putting on a suit. my last cold tub, i did all of that. now i question the question is this is last time? >> i have a feeling not. i don't know why. i have a feeling not. you always give me the straight

but what about your personal goals now? what do you want to do as a 31-year-old leaving swimming behind, with a long life ahead. >> this is a part of my life where i get to start this whole new chapter and continuing to build a family with nicole and continue to travel, continue to contribute to the sport of swimming. i want to try to not only in the u.s. but also change the drowning rate we have, something that is a goal of mine. we've been able to teach thousands of kids. i want the numbers higher so. we have a full plate and full schedule of things and i still have those. >> ryan lochte said you've been following on that, luckily he is okay. before the incident with the robbery, he stop bid here, i want to show you what he said. >> i heard what he said. >> you look in the camera and say michael, i'll see you in tokyo.
