31-year-old man. happened on august 27 after robinson allegedly did not hold open a door for a woman at a mcdonald's. he was arrested friday but broke out of his handcuffs when he was alone in the interrogation room. the family got news late last night that he was back in police custody. they are relieved but still have questions. we spoke with the sister of the victim just after she got the news. >> torture, just pain. it just hurts so bad knowing that the person that murdered my brother might get away with it. having that feeling is something that i hope no one has to feel. knowing he's caught -- i haven't smiled since i heard my brother pass and this is the first smile
