accused of robbing tourist on the strip. they are saying they are plain aggressive. >> good morning. i can tell you that brothers and street performers will face a judge in just a matter of hours this morning after police say they used intimidation to get people to hand over money after taking photos with them over on th surveillance video of the two resisting officers who wanted to question the pair after a woman called police saying she felt forced to pay them after one of them grabbed her by the arm, pulling her in close and refusing to let her go until they paid up. the two have been aggressive with visitors in the past. they are making one thing very clear. if someone is demanding payment as a result of a street

vendors and performers on the strip who say they've heard of the brothers get aggressive over money in the past. the men denied wrongdoing and the only trouble they've run into was from jealous husbands or boyfriends after taking pictures with significant others. officials have advice to strip visitors. if you feel that you are being threatened or forced to pay a st crime and please call 911. >> a british man who tried to grab an officers gun and shoot donald trump here at the treasure island pled guilty. he made that plea tuesday. happened back in june. he tried to grab a gun and shoot donald trump during a speech

autistic boy were shocked after he wandered on tie playground unsupervised after he got off the school bus at school. the school district said the staff was following rules at the time. five-year-old gabrielle got off the bus standing in line with other students when he wandered off and went to the playground. a friend of the family recognized him and led him back t later. the parents want the school to make sure this never happens again. >> i would like to see a plan by the school district as to how it intends to prevent this from ever happening again, ever. >> clark county school district police are still investigating but officials say they were following protocol. a spokesperson explains that staff there lock the gates. they sweep the school grounds,

the campaign trail thursday after she was supposed to make an appearance here in las vegas. as we told you it will be bill clinton here 11:00 a.m. this morning and we will be following all the highlights later on on news 3 at noon. >> a big story here at home. the family making a massive donation to support unlv football complex. let's bring in craig live from unlv. this is a huge deal. it's n need to build this thing. this huge chunk of cash is going to help things get off to a good start. >> it's always easy for a university or easier for a university when they are able to get a large gift like this and don't have to raise the money piece mill because this is half the money they need to build this football facility. unlv athletics confirming the

donating $10 million to build a two level football facility. this is a big deal. it includes a training sent eric, academic area and media room. it will be built on the north end of the campus. it is the largest single gift in department history. toni sanchez telling people it is a needed piece of the puzzle. >> this gift allows us to take forward in a positive direction. >> positive direction indeed. the cost to build this new facility is estimated between 24 and $26 million. $10 million from the family and the university now needs to raise about $12 million. they are talking about construction scheduling it to begin next spring.

we have an update to a story we brought you yesterday morning that. restaurant at the silver nugget back open just 4 hours after health fishes closed it due to bed bugs. it was confirmed. a pest management plan is in place to ensure the bed bug problem doesn't happen again. what you are looking at right now are photos that a patron took. she says she was bitten. she took these pictures under her table there while she they believe the bugs may have been there for quite some time. lieutenant governor will continue his special nevada day tradition this year. if you don't know who he is, obviously former nevada lieutenant governor but he's well known for his house. i've done a walk through of his home. it is like a museum, a nevada museum. and he opens it up to guest to walk through.

police say they were forcing people to hand over money after they were performing on the las vegas strip. here is that exclusive surveillance video of the two resisting officers who wanted to question the pair of a woman called police saying she felt forced to pay her. one grabbed her by the arm and husbands from taking pictures with their significant others. they will not tolerate any crime on the strip.
