it shutdown after reports of people being bitten by bed bugs and then 24 hours later opened the doors again. nevada health officials have reinspected and it has given the silver nugget the go ahead to reopen those stores. they sent news 3 with a statement saying officials are aware they to deal with this pest problem and they have to put in place a management plan and health district officials ar this happen. we spoke to the president of nevada pest management, and he said these pests can stick around, he says it is oftentimes that it takes more than one application to actually get rid of them. >> is it possible to get rid of them in 24 hours, yes? >> it is unlikely that you're going to do. >> you would need to do service and the gestational period is 21

the officer who fired the shots was a nine-year-old veteran. the officers involved did receive mandated psychological counsel, no other officers were injured. >> florida police have made an arrest. they believe they found the man who was seen in that surveillance video running away after the fire started. the led to this suspect. 33-year-old michael schreiber. he's known to law enforcement and has a history of robbery with a firearm. in addition to the felony arson charge, they plan to apply the hate crime offense, which moves it to a first degree offense.
