attacked the officers as he tried to remove a boot that was placed on his video. this here allegedly, the man, the suspect. you see this frustrated man here trying to remove the boot. it was placed on his vehicle. it was taken right before police day. he pulled out a meat cleaver, took off from the scene. police say he later attacked an off-duty police officer cutting his three nypd police officers fired a total of 18 gunshots. he's listed in critical condition, but right now it is stable. >> the consumer products safety commission has announced the official recall of one million samsung galaxy note 7 smartphones, it has been in the news a lot these days. these lithium batteries overheat and catch fire.
