may also catch fire. in new york, a 6-year-old suffered first degree burns when a samsung core allegedly caught fire. in florida tuesday night, a car gutted by fire after another galaxy phone allegedly exploded. meanwhile, a california man has filed suit claiming he suffered second and third degree burns on his leg when his s7 edge caught fire. the cpsc says it is now looking into those reports as well. sa on those cases but tells me it really believes the defective batteries are limited only to the note 7, which is now under recall. customers can either exchange their note 7s for a replacement phone or get a full refund. savannah? >> i remember you reporting airlines started asking customers not to turn on the note 7s, don't charge it when you're on the plane. does this change now with the official recall, do you expect the airlines to say don't bring them on at all?

rocket in chicago is here with a great one-pot meal. >> what are we making today? >> this is one of my favorite dishes at rocket. it is hearty, it's got some spice but it is really healthy with ingredients like chicken, garlic, green peppers, jalapenos, tomatillos, all kinds of good something really easy here. season with a little salt and pepper. i'm using chicken thighs here. i like chicken thighs because they're just tastier. and we're just going to brown them on each side which will also kick up the flavor profile a bit. you're just doing this right here in your pot. you are going to use the same pot the whole time. once you brown it, it will look great. add some chicken stock to cook

separate it. you can use turkey or pork, if you want, by the way. totally mix it up. then you go et to your vegetables. we've got green peppers, on onions, just sweat that out to get nice and tender. then hit it with a little bit more salt. then just add the garlic, jalapenos for a little bit more heat, cayenne cumin. you do it in stages because you want it to sweat at the appropriate rate and also get the good mix going. tomatillo -- >> you're putting some spice in here. >> i know. >> we are also going to be sweating at the appropriate rate. >> i know. then shredded chicken. you can use rotisserie chicken if you want to cut all those steps. or even leftover chicken. throw it all in. after about 30 minutes of turning the heat down and
