can see and from what we understand the parking garage just reopened. >> it is completely open. we did drive around and didn't find any sort of delays or issues we ran into around mccarron here related to last night's shooting on the sixth floor of the parking structure located in terminal one. the person accused of shooting a man and woman has been arrested the medical center where he was placed under arrest. the two victims were returning home from a flight and in the parking structure to get their car when they were met by the shooter. not known how many times they were shot. both victims are currently listed in stable conditions. there was no significant threat to the rest of the airport adding that the shooting is domestic related saying the female was in a previous

metro, the f.b.i. and nevada highway patrol on the scene to help with the evacuations. no threat up there trying to find who own this is suitcase and with recent bombings around the country this was just an abundance of caution to make sure there was nothing dangerous inside that suitcase. >> kim: this picture that got out in short order helped lead to his arrest according to authorities in new york city. all morning we've hospitalized in police custody. that man suspected of planting bombs in new york and new jersey is right now being held on $5.2 million worth of bail. ahmad is charged with five counts of attempted murder after getting into a gun fight with police officers and federal prosecutors are still weighing charges connected to the bombing that injured some 29 people.

that is the man in question walking towards his s.u.v. a police officer reportedly told him to stop and not reach into his s.u.v. they say he didn't listen and when he reached in there he was shot and killed by a female police officer. the man shot and killed terence crutcher, 40 years of age. his sister is saying he should not have been killed. >> his life after watching the video and seeing what actually happened, we ask for the facts. we ask for answers and we clearly got it through the video. and we're truly devastated. the entire family is devastated. >> dana: police did search the body of terence crutcher and serged his s.u.v.

the officer that pulled the trigger now being investigated. prosecutors looking into this case trying to decide if they will file criminal charges against her. >> kim: we take to you tennessee for this one where a teacher has been arrested for allegedly reporting dozens of videos of little girls changing clothes inside of a closet at an elementary school in the narrative area. this is the 30-year-old we're talking about. videos have surfaced. young girls on his home computer. he did admit to police he recorded 20 students while he was at an elementary school nearby. the investigation started because jones asked a colleague at that school to help him with a computer problem. that colleague saw questionable material on the computer and immediately notified authorities.
