rending to police on sunday. he reportedly went into that starbucks after his credit card was declined in the drive through. when he went inside to confront the cashier, a regular, a man in his 40s, apparently got into a verbal argument, that's when shots rang out. the man in his 40s did die later at the hospital. garcia, a convicted felon, he was convicted assault. he was given probation and violated that probation and then charged with burglary. we're hearing about the fight to save the man who was shot inside that starbucks after the suspect walked outside and surrendered to police. frantic customers worked to revive the man police say garcia shot and killed. other customers tried to find another way out and some stayed

killed by officer betty shelby on september 16th. shelby has since been charged with manslaughter, the marchers today say they will protest african american stereotypes, particularly the phrase bad dude, which crutcher was -- which the officer was referring to crutcher in that terminology. we heard that exact same phrase from that police helicopter was hovering above the scene the night that crutcher was killed. rarely do you see football players from opposing teams holding hands before a football game. that's exactly what we saw last night in new orleans as the saints hosted falcons on monday night football. they formed a giant circle. this was after the national anthem, you can see players from opposing teams holding hands, apparently this came from sean
