early sunday morning. police say they found the body of a 27-year-old man named ezekiel davis in front of the business. he had been shot and killed. police say davis got into a fight inside the club. the fight spilled outside where davis was shot to death. business owners saying this is very troubling. >> that is a tough one. it's very hard. it is very hard. i am trying to open up a new business, and near my business somebody got killed, and it's -- i swallow. >> metro says that they were aware that there was stuff going on at that clothing store. it was on their radar, but they were never called out for any specific criminal activity. now 6:06. a plant sold all around town that many use as a way to treat pain could soon be banned. it is called cratum. an i think a shan plant that affects the same part of the brain as oxycondone.
