suspect in a deadly starbucks shouldn't need a new attorney or can his case just move forward. our craig they're all over the developments join us live from the regional justice center this morning. good morning greg. >> reporter: good morning and good morning to you at home. pedro garcia is currently being held without bail he's a person accused in the deadly starbucks shooting that happened on sunday.this morning his court-appointed attorney will tell a judge whether or noe continue representing garcia as the case moves forward. garcia 34 zero charge with murder and other crimes connected to that terrible target starbucks. earlier this week judge appointed attorney edward cantor correct garcia but before getting too involved in the case cain told the judge he needed to take a look at all the different people involved in this case to make sure he has no conflicts. no prior contact with him and other prosecutions.
