track of matthew. it was downgraded to a cat three, now strengthened to a cat four. winds in excess of 140 miles as it moved through haiti. that is the poorest country in the americas so a lot of people don't have studiery homes they live in right now. they are calling matthew the strongest hurricane to move through this part of the world in the last andrew and all the devastation we've seen in the united states those governors not messing around and they've all issued evacuation orders. >> tom: since katrina, there is awareness. this is a closure.
