a developer put in a request to rezone some of the golf course green to build restaurants and local businesses and shops. the planning commission said yes they can do that. the developer can build 720 new homes shops and restaurants in an area that is currently golf course green. that decision was a compromise because originally the developer wanted approval for more but the planning commission said yes to 720. people that live there do not like this. the homeowners association say 80% were against it as they paid dearly for the golf course view they currently enjoy. that will go away, some of it. >> kim: thank you for that. just ahead of the final debate tonight. president obama offering up some advice for donald trump.
