presidential. most people tuned in to watch the train wreck donald trump and it didn't disappoint. he called her nasty in one of her speeches and said i'm not going to accept the results of the campaign and the election as if we're in some sort of banana republic. i think it's a stark contrast and i think we'll see it pla weeks and secretary clinton will become president. >> we've seen the drip of these wikileaks releads. how much will this hurt hillary clinton over the next three weeks and do you expect there to be a november surprise? maybe wikileaks is holding the best for last. >> i don't think. so i think the wikileaks shows

these conversations private become public and people don't write the emails with that expectation. i think there may be embarrassing things for some of the authors of the emails. i don't expect anything in terms of secretary clinton being embarrassed in any way, shape or form. i think the trump campaign is trying to divert attention away from his issues, the most recent being the acted upon that and groped on women and the nine that came out. clearly there snow levels conspiracy there. i think that's what that theaters in is all about. i don't see any issues with that going forward. >> dana: a quick answer here. let's say that hillary clinton does win the election and donald trump does not accept that, what does that look like in america?

he can have a tantrum. he's been having tantrums about how the election is rigged and he tries to undermine the fabric of what is democracy. i think what the republican party will do. much of the party has disowned him. look at him as operations. bring the republican party back together. i don't think he's going to be able to start some sort of revolution even though his people look at him as a reality tv star and not somebody that should be running for president in the first place. >> kim: we go local with this one. we're focusing on this person on your screen. facebook pictures led them to this murder suspect tied to an illegal nightclub shooting. that is 27-year-old davis. he lost his life with all of this.

the reasoning behind the murder but james coach which shot daniels in the stomach. this shows coach chum wearing apollo shirt with the number 3 on it. he was walking arm and arm with the murder victim. police say the two were inside an illegal nightclub in the china town district at thet day and a nightclub at night and wasn't supposed to be doing that. anonymous tips led officers to facebook where they found this facebook page and the tattoos from surveillance and facebook pictures helped local police identify him. the mother of davis said it was a senseless crime. >> just didn't have to do my boy like that. you really didn't have to just

conditions and a chance of showers early next week. >> kim: we have an update to the breaking news that many of you were following yesterday morning. that suspect is in the hospital still after being shot we have found out by nevada highway patrol trooper. we know it started with a chase in downtown las vegas and ended in henderson. we knew that gunfire was exchanged. police say that suspect stole a car from a convenience store in downtown las vegas just minutes later a state the hijacked car driving dangerously fast. he started a pursuit across the valley. the accused carjacker hit curbs and another car in the process. that suspect headed for a henderson car dealership to grab himself another ride. >> at this point his car is on rims. he's ran over curbs and struck other vehicles so his car is done that the point. he bails in the parking lot.

runs up to this cadillac that has a 90-year-old couple in there and violently pull this is man from his vehicle and throws him to the ground. >> kim: craig and tom from sky 3 did a terrific job giving us the play by play as this was happening. that trooper and the by stand irtrying to stop the suspect. the trooper said he was forced to open fire on the person. we don't know this person or know his condition. he's expected to survive. >> dana: fire crews have contained what they are calling the october fire on mt. charleston. burned a total of 27 acres. a campfire built by careless hikers started this whole thing late last week. things are dry up in the

are urging everything to be careful right now, especially if you are going to build a campfire. >> kim: people recovering this morning after a explosion rocked a shopping center. it destroyed one building. nobody losing their life as a result of this blast. five first responders and three civilians w two of the firefighters suffered broken legs trying to fight this deal. a contractor reported a gas leak before 9:00 in the morning yesterday. they had construction in that area and that a gas line was ruptured. police and firefighters responded within minutes evacuating that building just before it went up and exploded. investigators are working to determine what may have caused that gas leak to ignite. they were working on it.
