and we'll check back in in about a half an hour. >> kim: a woman injured and man dead after metro says a car hit them while they were walking down a sidewalk near charleston and the boulevard. they believe the driver was impaired when she swerved off the street and hit the two people on the sidewalk. those victims were rushed to umc where the woman passed away. the man suffer the woman has been booked in the clark county detention center. >> krystal: this is out of new york city. look at the flames shooting out of this building. one person has lost his or her life. one other critically injured. it was an intense situation. about a dozen other injured after this apartment building caught fire on the city's upper east side.
