he pled guilty but earlier this year his plea was thrown out to allow doctors to decide if he is mentally fit to stand trial. the big update when it comes to the court proceedings today , the attorney on both sides of the case are expected to say when exactly their experts will be able to testify and give the analysis of whether he is mentally fit to stand back in 2011. a case that stormed across the entire valley. the details are gruesome. she was brutally rape and murdered. i did speak with her mother last week. she expects on the back here today and will continue to come to the court proceedings looking for him being faced with the death penalty.
