mosul. talk about train troubles for hundreds of thousands of city commuters. not in this country. we take to you japan for this one. two different train services suspended from the first train in the early morning hours and 10 hours later more trouble. a lot of commuters forced to stand in long lines for taxis. hours on end here. the company saying more than 150,000 commuters were affected by the service suspension saying a damaged communication cable at a station north of tokyo caused all this trouble. they think rats maybe were the ones that bit off part of the cable to cause all of this chaos. >> dana: we have live pictures out of chicago. they are turning the chicago
