>> krystal: breaking news on the jobs front. the bureau releasing job numbers for the month of october. the u.s. added about 161,000 jobs last month. that is up from 156,000 that were added in september. looking at the unemployment rate expected to drop slightly from 5% to 4.9%. the jobs report coming out a few days before the big election day.

hotel and casino went dark at 9:45 yesterday morning. lights didn't come back on until 10:15 as one of the crews drilled through their main power line. we heard from rich and he was telling us the casino is back open and they are calling ate a permanent fix. don't expect anymore yesterday because they didn't have any power there. 11 people had to be rescued from five elevators. they've had power outages before but never one as big as this. >> kim: craig is on the scene and a live report from him about 15 minutes from now. the local man accused of shooting and killing a dad in front of his kids is in front of

with the victim. >> that's correct. the suspect had recently been released from prison and ramirez was allowing him to live with them until he found a place of his own to stay. he is back behind bars and he'll be before a judge in a matter of hours. he was supposed to be moving out the sunday before that deadly shooting. he allegedly got into an argument with the father of three, shot him and stabbed his wife. he's facing attempted murder charges for the stabbing of the victim's wife as well. we'll bring you the latest updates. >> dana: a henderson man who volunteered to help several families here in the valley accused of sexually targeting a 10-year-old girl. we have the court documents in the newsroom this. is the man we're talking about. in those documents authorities
