another local teenager. as robinson was showing watches to the teens , the other boy grabbed the watches and took off running. mills opened fire on both boys -- robinson opened fire on both boys hitting mills in the back and killing him on the spot. mills grandmother has been present at every hearing that has happened and she has always maintained her innocence saying he was an innocent bystanders saying the other boy grabbed the watches and he was shot. police have surveillance video so they were able to see how everything happened. robinson will be in court late they are morning. we'll have an update live at noon. >> dana: local man recovering after being hit by a train.
