>> dana: police have arrested a person of interest in the near fatal shooting of a police officer. this office person was riding a mountain bike when approached by you the police officer. he shot officer rose in the head. a woman who witnessed the shooting called about a troublesome man on a bike.

department for five years. >> kim: a crowd of people coming together to remember those young children killed in a school bus saturday in tennessee releasing balloons. we have an update on the driver who has been arrested. the bus taking 35 kids home from school flipped outside of the city. you see -- there is the driver. police believe that driver was going well above the 30-mile pe hour speed limit before the crash. he had his license suspended a couple of years ago for 25 days because he failed to show insurance. he was involved in a minor school bus accident two months ago and nobody was injured in that one. a mom from one of the victims claims she wrote a letter to the school board complaining about how erratic he was behind the wheel. he's been arrested.
