voter fraud are absurd and unbecoming of a president-elect. trump posted 13 tweets in 32 hours as he assailed a recount that could give him headaches heading into his election. jill stein amassed $6 million to finance a recount. she's also pursuing recounts in michigan and pennsylvania as well. >> now that the clinton team has said they're joining the hillary clinton conceded the election when she called me just prior to the victory speech and after the results were in. nothing will change. clinton's election lawyer said we're getting attacked for participating in a recount that we didn't ask for by the man who won the election but think there's a massive fraud. meanwhile, as trump worked to fill foreign policy posts in his cabinet, kellyanne conway pummeled the prospect of mitt

crime. we will hold them accountable for their actions and make sure they're brought to justice. >> ten people were shot, including a 25-year-old from baton rouge. he died from his wounds. >> switching gears. after this week's four-day shopping frenzy, retailers are hoping to cash in on cyber monday. some 122 million americans are expected to shop online today. on everything from electronics to appliances, even tools. we're getting a preview of holiday shopping numbers from this weekend and national million consumers hit the stores, up from 151 million last year. and just to give you an idea of how crazed some shoppers were on black friday, check this photo out. i's from a nike factory store in washington state. looks good, normal, boxes are stacked up orderly. this is before it opened. here's what it looked like at the end of the day. the store, a sea of open orange boxes with sneakered scattered everywhere.

dakota pipeline. the army corps of engineers says it won't force protesters from federal land but rather the corps is hoping for a peaceful and orderly transition to a safer location. the corps on friday informed tribal leaders and demonstrators they had until december 5th to vacate one of the three encampments they have been occupying. the activists have vowed to remain in their current place. in the nation's capital, dozens of demonstrators marched from washington monument, all part of the protests against the pipeline. >> a lot of us love our adventure parks and you love the spas too. >> two separate activities i would say. >> now we're going to combine them. there's a japanese city proposing a spa/theme hybrid. the mayor of the town, a city known for its hot springs, released this video of youtube.
