order every five years as they expire. a sioux city man, who ran a school-based program for at-risk kids,s,as been found guilty of having sex with a student. in his ruling, the judge found 29-year-old erick deleon guilty of "sexual exploitation by a school employee." during a bench trial, deleon defense attorney argued he was a state employee, who ran a program for at-risk students at north high school called the iowa jobs for program. but, the judge determined that deleon was also a school district employee because he also worked as an assistant school. deleon admitted to police to a quote "pattern of sexual r rated texting and sexual intercrcrse with the ctim." hihisentencing is set fofo december 1st. nebraska prosecutors want to try two california teenagers as adults for what prosecutors say was the teens' scheme. police s spect the two are part of a group of romanians under investigation for mounting

and most d d't notice the mptoms until it's too late. in an effort to raisisawareness for heart health. hundreds of people wore red today at the "go red for women" luncheon. it took place at the marina inn and conference center in south sioux city, nebraska. the event supports the american heart association in the fight against heart attack and stroke. "when i see the ladies in the sea of red, i get goose bumps," says linda wadedo jochims, siouxland american heart & stroke association. "it's just a delight to see the support that we get from our medical and business community, and all the community volunteers. it's just amazing and it's actually heart wrenching." proceeds from the luncheon will help funun heart health e ecation and awarens in siouxland. "it's nice to see just everyone competing and participating," says mckie knudson, volunteer bowler. on sioux city's north side, our address has been 3135 floyd boulevard. open plots of land below our station are being marketed for commercial development. and, as a result, the road we sit on will get a new name... and we'll get a new address. starting october 24th, ktiv will sit at 29-29 signal hill drive. a nod to the nickname we gave our little corner of the world nearly 40- years ago. speaking of history, the "remembering our fallen" exhibit opens toght in wakefield, nebraska. it features more than 90 fallen nebraska soldiers depicted in personal and military photos. this exhibit is housed at the little red hen theatre for the weekend. the exhibit opened today at 5. your last chance to see it, in wakefield, will be sunday from 12 to 4. a nebraska man is auctioning off some of his classic cars this weekend. harv bish has over 100 of them. one of his favorites is a 1960 plymouth belvedere. but come this weekend - they'll all be g ge. bish turns 86 next monththnd he burden his four children with unloading his
