we go back to the drawing board. me personally i did some things we have to correct. we'll go to the miami dolphins. >> congratulations. >> thank you very much. demarco murray is here as well. coming back to dallas and winning this way. what was it like? >> it was electrifying. our team played well. defense made key stops when we needed them. offense stepped it up. great organization. nothing but the best. >> what happened on the last drive that enabled you to be such a big part of it. >> we knew just one last drive. it was his birthday. work on these situations every day. coach gave up great play calls and put us in great position. >> a great play for sam on his birthday. but they held you to barely any yardage. >> they're a tough opponent. they're like family to me. i've got a new family with the eagles now. wish those guys nothing but the best. they're still special. a lot of emotions. but great organization, great

team. but we're able to get the win tonight. >> indeed you were. congratulations. >> thank you, appreciate it. >> bob. >> michele, thank you. a big night on offense sam bradford to jordan matthews for the touchdown. that brings us to tony dungy. philly's offense broke out tonight. what impressed you most from them tonight? >> well, there are a couple of things, bob. number one, that offensive line, as demarco murray said, played much better than they did the first time around against dallas, even with jason peters out, they did job of neutralizing hardy. sharp and precise, getting the ball to jordan matthews. overcoming those penalties. then just getting that running game going. that's the key to a chip kelly offense. when they're able to run, that helps bradford so much. they looked much better than they did before the bye. >> tony, thanks.

cleared for next week. running back dion lewis suffered a knee injury noncontact. you can see him grabbing at it as he's falling. the fear is this is an acl tear. this guy is very elusive. bill belichick, the head coach of the team very stringent on his requirements of running backs not fumbling the football, catching passes, et cetera. dion lewis has had some fumbles, had mistakes but he keeps playing. if he's gone, could be a big loss for the patriots. >> 114th time they've played, only the second time it ever went to overtime. sudden death for the cowboys. eagles 33, cowboys 27. al and cris are back to wrap things up after this. the twins. aunt alice...

welcome back to the volkswagen passat postgame report. here now al michaels and cris collinsworth. >> cowboys have lost six in a row and they have been killers, had three 14-point leads against the falcons, lost to the saints. they lost to the patriots, playing well against the giaias but lost because of special teams. you saw tonight's game. those are killer. and it took -- philadelphia had the lead tonight. the game ended, the fifth time they took the lead. you don't see that very often. >> but i think it's a very good sign for philadelphia, much like denver when we watched them a week ago. do you see signsnsf progress? because they have a new quarterback, they have a new running back, they have a new league receiver. all those guys tonight played very well. can you now extrapolate out and say, okay, if they're improving
11:08 pm
to this extent, now by the time they get to the end of the season, end of the playoffs, uld this team get hot? >> in their third year of exist ens in the american football legal at the time. been in a 14-game season give the cowboys any shot right now? >> any shot? of course. it's not a great division here. but a realistic shot, it would be very, very tough. >> six of their first eight. all right. arizona/seattle next week. cardinals look good. carson palmer, 6-2, seattle was 2-4 but then wins against san francisco and dallas and they're right back at it, too. >> nobody's made more big plays this year than carson palmer. they've thrown the ball down the field, sensational going up against that tremendous secondary of seattle. this is one of thosesehoot-out kind of gamemewhere you see the st against the best. going to be a lot of fun to watch.
