rokerthon-2 is in the books! 50 states, 7 days.. it was an ambitious undertaking, but al roker finished his guinness world record-breaking effort this morning. al arrived back at rockefeller plaza after completing the record for the fastest time to report a weather forecast from all 50 u.s. states. he even included the district of columbia. "rokerthon 2, taking america by storm" followed last year's rokerthon which saw the weatherman present 34 straight hours of weather coverage. ktiv played a part in rokerthon. on tuesday, our own chief meterologist ron demers waited patiently for al roker's plane to arrive at the sioux falls airport. eventually, al landed.. . d the weathercast went on. it was a record feat that also helped the group "feeding america" by raising funds to helelfight hunger. farm markets are next on news four... and "uh-ohohpaghettios." we'll have details of a big rerell of the popular canned pasta...
