arrested at the airport cht his refusal to pay federal grazing fees led to armed standoff. his sons were leaders of the latest occupation. two weeks ago the bundy brothers and other oupation leaders were arrested during a violent confrontation with law enforcement. so far 16 people including four remaining occupiers have been indicted. at this point it is unclear what charges cliven bundy will face. >> thank you very much. it is going to get very, very cold. polar vortex. >> it's always there but it is going to make itself felt in a big way. look at what we've got right now.

in a crowded panerra bread restaurant. a second deputy found him nearby and that deputy was also fatally shot. the 67-year-old gunman was killed in an exchange of gun fire with other deputies. more problems for the city of ferguson, missouri. the justice department is suing the city for not making good on proposed reforms. the doj is seeking to force the city to make the changes. attorney general says the residents of ferguson cannot wait longer. the royal caribbean ship battered after steering into a dangerous storm arrived in new jersey last night. the passengers had plenty to say about brutal conditions they faced at sea. janet shamlian spoke to some of them. >> reporter: passengers started streaming off the ship about

farias received a "matching funds award" from the local chapter of the experimental aircraft association last night in south sioux city. kevin hopes to be a pilot, just tlike his father, who was a u.s. navy pilot for 11 years. the award is given to the student who has shown the most desire to pursue a career in aviation.
