let's turn to our panel. political analyst nicolle wallace and political good morning. >> good morning. >> let's take it piece by piece. if you watch the debate, you see there are certain voter groups and issues that keep cropping upup let's start with this battle, and it is an all-out battle for the african-american vote. steve, we saw hillary clinton really usher in this strategy that she's been trying out, which is to wrap her arms around president obama and his legacy. not only that, say that bernie sanders didn't do so sufficiently. >> that's the interesting g ing. president obama istill extremely popolar with african-amamican voters. more than 50% of the electoratat in south carolina. all of the areas where bernie sanderwould try to come after hillary clinton, so many of them, the criticism he levelled against her could also be applied to president obama. she pointed that out time and again. basically put him on the

the day. it's saturday night when the main snow system will move through mainly our northern and easternmost counties, so you folks could see anywhere from 2-4 inches of the white stuff. the rest of us including those in/around sioux city will get a bit less than that as this completely exits sunday morning. the rest of valentine's day will bring a brisk south breeze and finally some better warming into the 30s that will stick around next week and eventually warm into the 40s! see graphics. >> the charger dome is getting back in business. it was re-inflated thursday, after last week's blizzard took it down. a crew from canada was flown in to fix the dome. briar cliff university uses the dome in south sioux city for indoor sports practices and softball games. "we all had to make special accomodations to get practices done with upcoming seasons and in- season. but, it was nice knowing we had places to go and getting back in here and getting back in routine it will be a nice feeling," said briar cliff university head track coach, nate treinen. although it's been re- inflated, repairs still need to be made inside. briar cliff's athletic director hopes to re- open the dome next week. ben's here now with the forecast.
