>> this is what you'll end up with. crumbly stuff. now, you whisk an egg with whole milk. you're going to put that in here. then you're going to put that all together. you mix it up. you're going to roll it out to about an inch square. >> you have a heart? >> or you can use the perfect circle. >> so cute. >> now, to finish it off, before you put it in the oven, brush it with a little egg wash, like that. >> the biscuit is critical to this. a bad biscuit ruins it and this is a good one. >> sprinkle sugar on top. 425 for 10 minutes in the oven. while it's baking, get the ripe strawberries and mash them up. you're going to throw in sugar. a little water.
