suffered during saturday night's incident inside a home at 320 east clay street. the madison county, nebraska sheriff's office is working to identify a body found in a field. hunters found the human remains east of tilden. investigators say the body appears to have been in the field for months. they say there is not reason to suspect foul play at this time. hospital officials in hawaii say a 16-year-old passenger has died after being injured last week in a pearl harbor helicopter crash. officials say the teen was pronounced dead on monday. he and three family members visiting from canada were aboard a tour helicopter when it crashed into the water near the pearl harbor visitors center on thursday. two family members remain hospitalized in stable condition and the third was treated and released. federal agencies are continuing to investigate the cause of the crash. hundreds of people gathered to remember a north dakota police officer who was shot and killed earlier this month. the funeral for 33-year- old jason moszer was held in fargo, north dakota monday afternoon. hundreds of law enforcement officers as well as family and friends packed the arena to honor the fallen officer. officer moszer died from a single gunshot wound during a stand-off on february 10th at a house

veteran on the force and the first fargo police officer to die in the line of duty in more than 130 years. camille cosby was deposed yesterday in a civil suit regarding her husband bill cosby's alleged involvement in the sexual assaults of seven women. officials say cosby spent about two and a half hours answering questions at the springfield marriott hotel.... and the rest of the seven or eight hours was a back and forth between lawyers on what she should answer. she is not a defendant in the defamation suit filed by seven women, but was compelled to testify by way of deposition. the women accuse bill cosby of defaming them by denying their allegations of sexual assault - which he has repeatedly done. the next deposition is set for march 14-th. human trafficking is a problem, and it's only getting worse. that's according to the siouxland coalition against human trafficking. the group addressed members of the south sioux city chamber monday. chamber members learned how sex trafficking starts as early as 11-years-old.

victims and affected families are also expected to take action through their attorney tomorrow... filing a brief of support for the department of justice. a sioux city man is accused of using counterfeit bills to make purchases at various places since august. 38-year-old fernando morales is charged with eight counts of forgery and several other crimes. court documents say he would use the counterfeit bills himself or give the bills to others. he would run away when confronted by the fakes. sioux city police say they have been looking for morales for months. morales' arrest has sparked a conversation about counterfeit cash. sioux city police officers are reminding siouxlanders to be extra cautious with their bills. ktiv's tommie clark spoke with police about what to watch for and how to differentiate between real and fake.

the center for equality asked the governor. they are a non-profit based out of sioux falls. daugaard hasn't said if he plans to sign the bill into law. the proposed half-cent sales tax hike that would help fund south dakota's republican governor dennis daugaard's plan to raise teacher pay has survived a difficult political test. house lawmakers voted 47 to 21 to approve the bill, meeting the two-thirds requirement to pass through the house. it now heads to the senate. most of the proposed tax increase would go toward teacher salaries, but a large chunk would go to property tax relief. plans are in place for sioux city to build a disc golf course in grandview park. the course will be located in the southeast corner of the park near the water towers. total cost for the course is 45-hundred dollars, and the mayor's youth commission has already raised all the money. out of "an abundance of caution." the move comes after the consumer protection safety commission said no hoverboard on the market meets its safety standards and, "poses an unreasonable risk of fire." according to a company spokesperson, the toy retailer is working with the manufacturer to test the toy against the latest safety standards. the company says after the investigation, they'll determine whether they'll resume selling the toy.
