action news reporter marissa kynaston joins us live with the latest investigators were on scene out here for hours this morning-- gathering evidence. they just recently opened up roads again. the accident happened about 3:30 in the morning. investigators say two vehicles ran into each other at the martin luther king and gowan intersection. one driver was sent to the hospital. police say he wasnt wearing a seatbelt. the other-- who police believe caused the accident-- was taken into custody. at this point in the investigation-- police believe speed may have been a factor. but they did say-- as far as damage-- it was one of the worst accidents they had seen in a while. later today-- on action news at three-- hear from witnesses about the crash.
