intentions to negotiators. officers responded to the home twice today after friends called saying she might be suicidal. they couldn't make contact on the first visit. but.. the second call led to a standoff that kept the neghborhood on lockdown for most of the day after the woman reportedly told police she wanted a gunfight. one neighbor told us she was trapped in her home for more than 4 hours. 06.03.37.00 "i can't go out, i can't go nowhere." police say the woman eventually came out of the house and pointed a gun at them.. forcing officers to open fire.. killing her. now to the latest developments on something we've all felt today. live look outside right now where the temperature is slipping into the 30's around the valley.. and it feels even colder because of the wind. here you can see.... it's still whipping the trees around.. chief meteorologist... bryan scofield is tracking how long... the winds will last.. bryan... right now... we're not the only ones out west... getting hit.
