here on action news. a former marine's field gear was stolen right out of his car we first showed you surveillance video of the crime.... last week... and tonight.... he went to go get it back... from the burglar himself. and.... our cameras were there! action news reporter.... gina lazara is live tonight.... where it all went down. gina? steve and tricia -- after our story ran.... the former marine got a call from a friend saying she knew who the kids were in the video. tonight - the victim approached the suspect.....here's what happened. "knock knock hello are you ----- (bleep out name and blur suspect's face!!!!!!!)..... yeah....hi im kelly...this is....they're not gonna....if you guys talk to me im not gonna press charges. we can turn it off too. im not gonna press charges if you talk to me with the camera." the suspected burglar camera, im not gonna press charges, im not gonna do that, i wanna get it resolved. i wanna do the story." and tuesday with breezy winds his house was broken into... and... the accused thief is caught on camera.... rummaging through his house near boca park. the homeowner tells action news... the man got into his house.... by breaking the glass... out of the back patio door. once inside... he says... the suspect took electronics... jewlery.... and christmas gifts. the suspect then took off.... out the back door. c-c-s-d police say... a elementary school custodian committed disturbing acts.... inside a classroom.... dozens of times.... this year. he's now behind bars.... after officers say.... they caught him.... on camera. action news reporter.... bryan callahan spoke to parents... who just learned of the alleged crime... this afternoon. 06.18.02.00 "it's scary." parents reacting to news of a custodian at dondero elementary being arrested. ccsd police say instead f cleaning the rooms overnight... michael skelton was doing something much dirtier.

home. this is just the latest..... in a long list of hoverboard fires. at least... -11- have been reported... in 10 states. amazon dot com has stopped carrying them. the u-s product safety commission is now investigating.... why they are catching on fire. a popular after school app for teenagers is raising concerns with parents tonight. millions of teens have downloaded the app called "after school app". it was designed to share feelings.. thoughts.. crushes and pictures. to log in.. you have to choose which school you go to.. then verify it through your facebook. but a big concern is.. all interactions on the app are done anonymously. abe baggili / university of new haven there have been many instances where people have been bullied. people have been spoken about in ways that shouldn't have been spoken about or bullied. and cyber bullying is a big issue right now we are facing. one of the other problems is.. parents can't really get into the app since so much of the log-in information has to be verified. the latest developments tonight on nasty weather hitting

our next storm system that will pass through the area starting saturday afternoon. the winds will stay breezy on sunday, and colder air associated with the system will drop high temps back down to the upper 50s on sunday. that system makes an exit sunday night, then another very small system will pass near the area on monday, bringing a slight shot at showers that afternoon. high temps will remain in the mid to upper 50s on both monday and tuesday with breezy winds expected tuesday. before you go bryan... it's time now....

metro po police say.... they tried to rob the victim and they tried to rob the victim and his wife... in a parking lot. the victim pulled out his own gun and fired shots.. the victim was hit... but.... not seriously hurt. former subway pitchman jared fogle is appealing his prison sentence.. after pleading guilty to charges of child pornography and crossing state lines to pay for sex with minors. in last month's plea deal.. prosecutors agreed to no more than 12 and a half years.. but the judge sentenced him to more than 15-years. that opened the door for an appeal since it exceeded the maximum term prosecutors agreed to pursue. the 38 year old worked for subway for 16 years before being fired earlier this year. up next..
