we are still waiting on the coroner to identify the victim. and the woman found guilty of driving away after her car hit and killed her man pushing his grandaughter in a stroller... will be sentenced tomorrow. galina kilova testified she didn't know she hit anyone. she'll face up to 15 years in prison for leaving the scene of the crash that killed 63-year-old michael grubbs...just days before last thanksgiving. right now, the search is for four men...following a shooting. it happened around four this morning near eastern and owens. police say the suspects were seen shooting out of their vehicle. that vehicle was later found at an apartment complex empty! it doesn't appear anyone was hit. if you have any information, give crime stoppers a call. an action news update now on a homicide investigation... we just learned the identity of the victim... which hopefully can lead police to the suspect. he's 38-year-old jesse galvez valle. police say he was shot and killed near downtown...specifical ly 10th and wiilson.

police they say an older grey pickup leaving the scene. again, the suspect is still on the loose... if you have any information, call crime stoppers. two prison inmates die, and authorities don't know why, the first inmate died yesterday at the northern nevada corrections center medical facility in carson city. he was 53-year-old anthony daniels...serving 24 to 72 years for coercian. the second inmate died just hours after at the southern desert correctino center in indian springs. 63-year-old spender anderson was serving 10 to 40 years. autopsies are planned to determine what happened to both of these men. the ccsd bus driver accused of sexually assaulting a young autistic girl is set to face a judge for the first time. ramiro garcia is behind bars right now. in his arrest report, it says last month, the victim told her babysitter, garcia toldher to go to the back of

and that's when he assaulted her her. the school district says he worked for them since 20-11, and drove for the north east part of the valley. breaking right now-- a retrial has been set for the breaking right now-- a retrial has been set for the first baltimore police officer...charged in the death of freddie gray. it's been set for june. you'll remember a mistrial was declared for that first officer... after a jury could not agree on a verdict. the officer was not involved in gray's arrest and wasn't driving the police van where he suffered fatal injuries, but prosecutors argued he could have put a seat belt on gray, or called the medic. meantime, the trial for the other five officers is set to start next month. some schools are on break for the holidays... but others are on high alert... after two high schools in new hampshire fall victim to a threat! the threat came in last night.. authorities aren't revealing specifics of what the threat said. they're still trying to determine if it was credible or not. but, parents say they're scared... and many don't even know what to say to their kids. e're following. new information about the woman accused of running over dozens of people on the las vegas strip. she is 24-year-old lakeisha holloway. police say there were no signs of alcohol in her system-- but she did appear to be under some sort of stimulant. police say her 3-year-old daughter was in the vehicle when the crash happened--but she wasn't hurt. she is now in protective custody. holloway is expected to face one count of murder.

more than 30 people were hurt in that crash--but only one person didn't make it. 32-year-old jessica valenzuela died at umc. she was from buckeye, arizona. several people are still in critical condition...mostly with head injuries, they're being treated at 4 hospitals across the valley. 3 are still in critical condition at umc. it's been a deadly 24-hours on our roads. right now, jones is closed between post road and patrick lane...after another deadly crash. police say a woman was hit and killed, crossing the street near 215 and jones. the driver is in custody. a deadly suicide bombing in afghanistan has claimed the lives of six americans. two other americans and one afghan are also hurt. it happened at a joint u-s, afghan air base. we don't yet know who was behind the attack.
