burned to death -- and it has been ruled murder. this happened back in november at a home near lamb and sherill. authorities say the house was intentionally set on fire...with jimenez and his family members inside...and tied up. neighbors were able to rescue two women and a baby. another man who had been stabbed.. also made it out alive. however, when neighbors went back in to save jimenez.. it was too late. police still havent made any arrests -- or released a description of the suspect. the woman charged with hitting and killing a man pushing his granddaughter down the street in a stroller learned her fate today. galina kilova was found guilty in last november's hit and run... ....and now, she will spend the next 6 to 15 years in prison action news reporter yasmeen hassan was in court as the sentence was read, and has more from the regional justice center. 16:23:55 13 melinda grubbs victims' daughter i will never understand how a person can runaway. run over another like they are nothing and leave them there to die. my father was not nothing. he was everything.
