police found a moving van crashed through a one nevada credit union window. action news reporter marissa kynaston joins us live from the scene with the latest. marissa-- crews have been out this morning-- cleaning up the mess-- there was a lot of glass in the parking lot-- and the atm was outside the building. this is video from earlier this morning right after the crime happened. this is the white moving truck police believe was involved in the robbery. you can see rope that may have been used to tie onto the atm machine-- and then yank it out of the wall with the truck. police were able to catch one suspect and take him into custody-- but two others got away. earlier this morning-- police were searching surrounding neighborhoods-- but werent able to find those two suspects. 02:38:31:09 heather jones, lives near credit union it makes you feel nervous and like you never know what can happen

just want my kids to be safe 02:38:42:03 the bank did have surveillance video-- which could give police a good look at the suspects-- but we have not yet been given any descriptions. reporting live--mk--ch13an. now to a breaking news update on that deadly crash just this morning-- a woman rolled her s-u-v so bad... she's thrown from the driver's seat and dies right on the highway. nevada highway patrol says it happened as the woman was going on the westbound ramp of the 215. then officers say she lost control and tumbled down a steep embankment to i-15 northbound. the car stopped on the ramp going to las vegas boulevard. she wasn't wearing a seatbelt. sgt. scott stuenkel, nhp 4:02:05-4:02:13 "anytime we have rollover type accident and you are not restrained the likelihood of being ejected from your vehicle in that crash significantly increases." no one else was in the car with her. right now...

breaking right now -- we've just learned the transportation security administration is increasing random checks of its airport and airilne employees. the decision comes after several cases in recent years... where employees used restricted entrances to smuggle weapons and launder money. the t-s-a also says it's part of a larger push to increase security after the deadly paris terror attacks, and the deadly egyptian plane crash. breaking right now-- police in ohio are updating the grand jury investigation into the shooting death of tamir rice. the prosecutor in cleveland is expected to announce whether or not the officers will be charged in his death. here's a live look at that press conference. it just started. let's listen in-- you'll remember the 12-year-old was shot and killed by a police

turns out that gun was only a pellet gun. a man found dead inside a car... and police aren't sure what happened. the body was found in the passenger seat of a parked s-u-v on the i-15 off-ramp near sloan yesterday. metro says they also found a gun inside the vehicle... but it's unclear if this was a suicide or a murder. investigators also are trying to figure out how long the vehicle had been sitting there. overnight, a fire tore through a home...destroying everything in sight. firefighters are trying to figure out what happened. three people are now without a home, but the salvation army is helping them get back

we bofficer last november.. after he refused to put down a gun. turns out that gun was only a pellet gun. right now... the search is on for two suspects accused of shooting a man near the stratosphere. it happened near las vegas boulevard and sahara at a 7-11. police believe it started as a robbery in the nearby alley. they say the two suspects held up the victim and shoot him twice... once in the head, once in the ankle. incredibly--the victim is expected to be okay. a woman is shot in the leg... after her relatives mistake her fpr an intruder. police say the couple fired 27- rounds at the woman's mother...thinking she was breaking into the home. we're told she should be okay. it happened in north las vegas and her husband.. who is a metro recruit. no charges are expected to be filed--since it appears to be an accident. new information about the hiker who fell to his death at red

professional sports -- former harlem globetrottters' star meadowlark lemon has died. his family says he died yesterday in scottsdale, arizona. right now, his cause of death is not known. lemon was known as the "clown prince"...playing for the all-black basketball team from the mid-1950's to late 19-70's. he was 83 years old. a scary reminder of just how distracting our phones can be... one man fell to his death in san diego! firefighters say 33-year-old joshua burwell slipped and fell off a cliff... all because his eyes were glued to his cell phone. a 13-year-old witnessed the horrific accident...
