"once those titles and deeds are restored to the people of the state and the county, then, man i wanna go home." for roger wilson who grew up on a ranch near the headquarters in harney county... "we had a lot of cattle back then and everybody was doing good." the government's mismanagement of the land is a problem. it was quiet around the refuge headquarter buildings. "they're inside staying warm."leaders were vague on how many people were part of their group...but said they had more people come and join thier started.
